Internet Telescope

An Internet telescope is a set of devices used to control a remotely located telescope via the Internet for astronomical observations. You do not need to actually go to the location where the telescope is located. Observations can be made from anywhere in the world as long as there is a PC or mobile phone connected to the Internet.

Compared to going outdoors for astronomical observations, there are the following advantages:

  • Astronomical observations can be made anytime on a clear night where the telescope is located.
  • Astronomical observations can be made anywhere as long as there is an Internet environment.
  • No registration is required and the service is free and open to all.

Only one person can operate a single location.
